Tender description

DCMS is seeking to appoint a Provider to monitor and evaluate the Youth Covid-19 Support Fund (YCSF). This will be an independent evaluation of the fund, which will be delivered by a separate grant delivery partner appointed by DCMS. DCMS is running a mini-competition using the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM949 Lot 4 for Grant Programme Evaluation Services. The service will be contracted on Framework terms
