Continue to develop, maintain and control the Business Change contribution to the MSCF Training Plan (Operational Readiness) and MSCF Training Plan (Post Transition (BAU) circa 900 persons Continue to develop, maintain and control the People element of the Operational Readiness and Command Transition (ORACT) phase of the UC&C Programme Delivery which may include the testing UCC/ORACT Readiness Requirements have been met through testing, culminating in a series of fully resourced (whole Ops Floor-level Emergency Duty Teams and BAU) testing and trial scenario to demonstrate that capability has not been diminished through the move and new benefits can be captured To engage with stakeholders (in creating, writing, through presentations and verbally) to ensure that the People elements are considered by the Programme?Projects/S&R Client and Users/Operators)
