Stage 1 pre-construction services (PCSA) contract of Budoch Court to Cosmur Construction (London) Limited for the sum of £166,772.32 (One hundred and sixty six thousand, seven hundred and seventy two pounds 32 pence) excluding VAT.\r \r The PCSA is to develop and undertake a scheme to the requisite RIBA 4 stage level and range of detail, in particular design and costs, in order to conclude the agreement and enter into a formal and final Design & Build contract for delivery of the main scheme of 20 new affordable homes at Budoch Court.
