Looking to improve the way in which starters and leavers are managed on Active Directory (for 8000 users). Current processes are time consuming and can be on an ad-hoc basis. The IT team have identified the following challenges relating to directory management: • Utilise ESR data for updating Active Directory accounts, including ESR number • Control over the Active Directory account lifecycle from creation to expiration • Reduction in the amount of time spent on user creation and update • A formal method of de-provisioning accounts using ESR termination dates • Delivering a timelier account request service to the Customer
