This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provides a compliant procurement route for public bodies needing any range or mix of support to deliver their low or zero carbon aspirations. The DPS is divided into 4 Lots. Lot 1 Site survey and modelling Lot 2 Energy/Sustainability management consultancy Lot 3 Technological solutions consultancy Lot 4 Technological solutions delivery Lot 1: Site survey and modelling This Lot is designed for public bodies to access consultants capable of providing energy/carbon related site surveys, audits and assessments. Successful bidders will have demonstrable track record and capability in providing these specialisms Additional information: This opportunity is open to the wider public sector though agreement with the Contract Authority For details on accessibility see the documents available post expression of interest Lot 2: Energy/Sustainability management consultancy This Lot is designed to enable public bodies to access consultants across a broad range of specialisms supporting planning and management of their net zero journey. Successful bidders will have demonstrable track record and capability in providing these specialisms. Successful bidders will have demonstrable track record and capability in providing these specialisms as an advisor, consultant, or system designer. The work may involve detailed site surveys and inspections as well as desk-based analysis. This Lot is designed for public bodies to access suppliers capable of supplying and installing low and zero carbon technological solutions. We are seeking organisations to join the DPS with track record and capability in delivering site-based works, including detailed design, installation and construction management.
