<p>This service relates to the provision of Voluntary/Independent Foster Care Provision for Children and Young People within the Tees Valley for Lot 1. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council on behalf of; Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council wish to commission Independent Fostering Agencies (IFAs) to work in partnership to ensure that there is a high quality and sufficient offer of fostering placements.</p> <p>The councils are seeking to appoint providers in LOT 1 will be a standard placement lot with no minimum or maximum number of providers appointed to it.
