Tender for the provision of a Learning Management System with Performance Management

Tender description

The procurement is for the provision of a Learning Management System must have the capability to deploy and administer performance management processes (appraisals, performance reviews, development reviews, goal setting, etc.). PA Housing is looking to procure a Cloud based Learning Management System (LMS) that will deliver a blended learning approach that can be accessed on different devices and a Performance Management Portal (PMP) that will allow for a streamlined efficient method of appraising staff over a web based solution. The LMS will allow staff members to access role specific training and also generate efficiencies in the management of content and reporting for managers and the Learning and Development Team. The PMP will allow for probation periods to be managed along with Monthly and Annual appraisals, to also include the setting up of Personal Development Plans (PDP). In addition, the system has to integrate with iTrent which is Paragon Asra Housing's (PA Housing) HR Management System. The system will allow specific curriculums and / or development pathways to be introduced for different teams / functions, so allowing for a more focused learning offering based on organisational and individual learning requirements and needs.
