Tender description
The provision of business process outsourcing, operations skilled workforce and operational management for contact tracing centres. Contact tracing services: management and delivery of non-clinical call 3s as part of national contact tracing services for the HSE. Service capacity to be provided up to 100 full-time equivalents. Support the CMP to develop a more robust contact centre management structure and provide CTC operations management and support roles to augment existing HSE and CPL roles, across the 6 HSE CTCs.
