TD1587 - Perimeter Footpath and Outdoor Recreation Facilities at Sinfin Moor Park, Derby

<p>Tenders are invited for perimeter footpath and outdoor recreation facilities at Sinfin Moor Park. The successful Contractor will be responsible for providing these liaising closely with the Contract Manager. The works will be subject to the approval of planning consent and a planning application was submitted in January 2021. The works include the construction of a new perimeter footpath around the playing fields and widening of an existing tarmac footpath together with the supply and installation of outdoor gym equipment and surfacing adjacent to the children&rsquo;s play area. The contract period is 6 weeks; the contract is estimated to commence 14 June 2021 and expire 23 July 2021. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 29 April 2021. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response.
