Derby City Council is changing the way we procure home improvement/adaptation work for Derby City Council’s Healthy Housing Hub. As of 1 April 2021,contracts for this work will be awarded via the Adaptation Repair Maintenance and Improvement (ARMI) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Suppliers are invited to join the Adaptation Repair Maintenance and Improvement (ARMI) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) and the process of tendering will use systems developed by Independence CIC. INCIC will support you through the application process and will provide you with the necessary information and training for you to be able to use the system. INCIC support should help to provide you with the understanding of the requirements of the new process and that you should be able to smoothly transition between the current process and new process of procurement.
