STA520 - Legal Support to support on the Sport Winter Survival Package (Project Arena)

Tender description

This contract was procured via Single Tender Action due to the urgent nature of the Sport Winter Survival Package to get grant agreements out to grant recipients. Bates Wells have previously produced the mide-form loan agreement and is best place to start the service immediately. Legal Support Services to provide the following; - adapting the template mid-form loan agreement to accompany grants - to support on finalising loans and related finance documents to multiple sports clubs under the Sport Winter Survival Package programme. - What is required in relation to any club may vary, but we will be adapting the template agreements which have already been developed for the purpose. - resource the processing of conditions precedent and subsequent in relation to the loans.
