SOFT MARKET TESTING - Caring to Care Cheshire West and Chester council are seeking to procure a service to support Children and Young People within the care system, Children in Care, Care leavers from 16yrs+.   The main outcomes for the Service will be to: Provide stability to children; support their emotional health and wellbeing; and maintain a stable placement to prevent placement breakdown, via a multi-agency approach. This is a Soft Market testing exercise to engage with the market and hear from companies about the services they can offer.  If you would like to participate, please could you answer these brief questions below and return by email?  Commissioners may then wish to make contact with you to discuss these further in order to help develop the specification.  Any such meetings will be on a company by company basis.   Please note that participation in this will be confidential, and any company would still need to apply for the tender when published on the Chest, www.the-chest.org.uk.
