I require a compact rotary table to fill, foil seal, date print on foil lid and apply plastic over lid. The filling speed should be at least approximately 20 of the 500 ml pots per minute or 1,200 an hour. The project has a tight budget and a second hand machine is being considered for this project. This project is being financially assisted by LEADER and the winning contract will go to the cheaper cost. The filling requirements are 500ml pots with 95mm diameter. The filler nozzle needs to be wide enough to not damage the thickness of the yogurt. Pushing the yogurt through thin valves and nozzles can cause it to loose its thickness. A pump to pump the yogurt from the yogurt tank into the hopper, the hopper needs to have level dictators to keep the system running automatically. The pump should be a low velocity pump with wide valves to keep the texture and thickness of the yogurt in tact. A single phase to 3 phase converter as I only have a single phase power supply. A CIP cleaning system installed with the filling machine to clean the system automatically. However this is subject to the extra price, and may be cut out if too expensive. Currently in use are plain pre-cut foil lids for sealing. This quotation should include air compressor needed. The machine should easily accommodate new pots for different filling requirements For second hand equipment the seller will need to provide a written declaration confirming the equipment’s origin and that the equipment was not purchased with national or EU funds in the previous seven-year period.
