Reopening of Flexible Framework of Social Care Agency Workers

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being published by Scotland Excel for the purposes of informing potential service providers of the upcoming opportunity to join the Flexible Framework for Social Care Agency Workers (2017). This Flexible Framework was established on particular terms and conditions on the basis of Regulation 76(8) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and provides for the admission of new entrants to the Flexible Framework during its term. Lot 1: Care Roles Flexible Framework Agreement for the provision of trained and vetted Agency Workers in a variety of social care settings. Lot 1 includes Care Assistants, Support Workers, Housing Assistants and Senior Carers. Bidders should note that there is no guarantee of any business, use, level of use or continuity of business through the Flexible Framework Agreement. Lot 2: Professional Roles Flexible Framework Agreement for the provision of trained and vetted Agency Workers in a variety of social care settings. Lot 2 includes Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Social Work Managers and Social Work Assistants. Bidders should note that there is no guarantee of any business, use, level of use or continuity of business through the Flexible Framework Agreement.
