Tender description

The main elements of the works are as follows: Installation of engineered landfill capping to an area of approximately 9,000m2 Works shall include: •General site clearance including removal of miscellaneous materials on ground surface •Removal and storage as possible of existing equine training arena •Excavation and regrading of existing cap material to achieve formation level •Construction of passive gas venting system including vertical gas trenches and passive gas vents •Construction of surface water filter drains •Importation and placement of subsoil and topsoil capping material •Landscaping and reinstatement of existing equine arena •Tie in of site to existing road
