vehicle insurances Framework Agreement (james Richards) I have formally extended the overarching Framework Agreement using the extension provision. I am pleased to say this has been accepted by QBE. Copy of my letter to QBE and their acceptance attached. My letter also outlines the updated terms that apply for the extension period. Next Steps for Trusts Each trust will now need to place a purchase order with QBE to reflect the extension of the provision of Vehicle Insurance to your organisation. This is a slightly unusual position in terms of timing, but each trust will need to supply a purchase order (probably linking back to your original PO / Commitment) at the earliest opportunity to QBE. As you know QBE have held the terms while trusts obtain sign offs but officially will not have the commitment until an order is received from all trusts.
