The Agency is looking to preplace an existing Agilent 7100 CZE instrument (Capillary Zone Electrophoresis) capable of performing capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF), Capillary electrophoresis sodium dodecyl sulfate (CE-SDS) and glycan analysis to characterise biological medicines, including monoclonal antibodies and other proteins, gene therapy products and vaccines.
