Tender description

Professional services - external building surveyor consultant. The contract was procured through the Negotiated Procedure where the services can be supplied by only one suitable consultant because competition is absent for technical reasons. The Council appointed the services of an external building surveyor consultant from Faithful and Gould Consultancy Services on 1 November 2019 which is now part of the Atkins Group of Consultancy Services. The commission requires to be extended as the Council wish to retain the consultant’s specialised knowledge and experience that he has obtained through working on a number of key projects within the Housing Investment Programme for Fabric works.
