Property Maintenance Services at Carron Field Research Station

Tender description

The purpose of this competition is to establish a Single Operator Framework Agreement to provide Property Maintenance Services at Carron Field Research Station, The Burren, Co. Clare. The successful contractor is required to manage the day to day operation of the facility and carry out all planned and reactive maintenance as required. The Contractor must attend onsite on a weekly basis to carry out the routine checks and maintenance of the facility and its equipment. During times when the facility is booked for use by groups/residents, the Contractor will be required to attend onsite on a daily basis as required. The framework agreement will be established for an initial term of two (2) years, with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months, to a maximum of four [4] years subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
