Tender description

The lotting structure for this framework is based on contract value and the works cover a variety of works, including, but not limited to: Public Realm Works • Construction of hard landscaping • Installation of street furniture and/or artwork/features • Installation and/or maintenance of soft landscaping Highways Construction Works • Construction of new highways • Amendments to existing highways/junctions Highways Structure Works • Construction of new highway structures • Removal/demolition of existing highway structures • Repairs and maintenance of existing highway structures (e.g. concrete repairs, steelwork repairs, painting, parapet replacement, etc.) Drainage Works • Construction of new surface water/highway drainage systems • Repairs to existing surface water/highway drainage systems • Construction of flood alleviation structures and systems (e.g. SUDS, storage tanks) • Repairs to existing flood alleviation structures Marine / Coastal / River Works • Construction of new sea defences (including rock armour) • Repairs to existing sea defences (including rock armour) • Construction of new river walls • Repairs to existing river walls • Construction of pontoons • Berthing/mooring facilities Additional information: Please note that expressions of interest and tender documentation is vas the NEPO Portal (www.nepo.org) under reference DN4199110
