Tender description

Marble Arch Mound (MAM or the Mound) is a proposal for the temporary installation of a viewing platform, landscaping, pathway and staircase, and other associated works, at Marble Arch for a period of six months. The Authority is seeking tenders from suitably qualified firms to operate the Mound on its behalf. The Operator will be required to provide management and coordination of the visitor experience, stewarding, security, and daily cleaning (hygiene) services. In order to deliver on the aspiration of having the Mound completed and ready to welcome visitors by early July, the Authority has committed to a Design & Build contract. This will effectively deliver a ‘turn-key’ attraction ready for an Operator. Further information contained in the Invitation to Tender documents
