Liverpool City Region Strategic Infrastructure Plan (SIP) to support the Liverpool City Region Spatial Development Strategy (SDS)

<p>The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (CA) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified specialist consultancy to undertake a Liverpool City Region wide Strategic Infrastructure Plan (SIP) to support its&rsquo; SDS and identify key strategic infrastructure proposals and requirements. The SIP should be robust and meet the requirements of national planning policy and guidance (currently comprising the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and Planning Practice Guidance - PPG) , and take account of other national and regional policies as well as any National infrastructure Commission recommendations and strategies. It must also be proportionate, simple, transparent and made publicly available.
