Tender description

The Council's Communities & Public Protection department requires the licence and maintenance of Civica App which is currently used for the recording and allocation of all work such as complaints, services requests, visits and samples of Trading Standards, Business Regulation (Food Safety and Health and Safety), Environmental Improvements and the Community Safety Service (Wardens and ASIST). This procurement exercise was conducted as a direct award procedure in accordance with the Call off Contract requirements of Lot 1a: Resource Planning & Management Solutions including Financial & Commercial of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Agreement for Technology Products 2 RM3821 and the Council’s Standing Orders Relating to Contracts.
