Tender description

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who sought to establish a Integrated Digital Implementation System Framework. Cardiff and Vale University Health Board urgently requires a single provider for Lot 1 for a Covid Recovery/Rehab Application. The awarded bidder will design and develop a national patient-facing app to support the process of recovery from Covid, incorporated within a implementation programme providing standardisation, education and implementation science methodology and tools for healthcare professionals, embedding into clinical practice nationally this winter. This application will be required to be implemented and delivered within this financial year. Lot 2 of the framework will establish multiple organisations who can provide fully managed digital platforms for a number of specialties in the dissemination and implementation of bespoke clinical interventions across NHS Wales, utilising dashboards and tools for clinical leaders, managers and commissioners to manage implementations of bespoke interventions, such as national clinical guidelines, large-scale education programmes, quality improvement and patient support apps. This lot is designed for requirements to be called off from the framework via mini competition as and when required. There is no guarantee of any business under this lot.
