Invitation to Tender for the Collection and Disposal of Landfill Leachate at an Appropriate Treatment Works

Tender description

Herefordshire Council requires the supply of tanker lorries with drivers, to collect landfill leachate and septic tank sewage from two closed landfill sites in Herefordshire; one in Stretton Sugwas and the other in Strangford, for disposal at an appropriate treatment works. The collection of leachate will be required throughout the week and the amount of leachate collected will vary throughout the year, with more collections required during the wetter months. The treatment works should dispose of the leachate under the relevant industry standards.
