NOTE: This notice was updated on 26 April 2021 for the following reason: Please be advised that the deadline for submitting a tender has been extended, the revised deadline is now 12:00 noon on Wednesday 5th May 2021.(Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Ltd (OC) invites you to tender for the provision of the Obligatory Catering Services for the Competition Venue located at St Nicholas Park, Warwick for the Cycling Road Race. The OC requires an experienced Caterer to plan and deliver these catering services. At a high level, the Scope of Services is for the provision of catering services to the obligatory client groups (Athletes, Technical Officials, Workforce, Media, and Games Family) at St Nicholas Park as set out in the Scope of Works.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
