<p>The Authority seeks a Supplier to provide a comprehensive service for Fire Safety Advisor. The key objectives are: &bull; Determine the extent to which fire safety arrangements in premises are adequate, and whether duty holders comply with relevant fire safety legislation. &bull; Identify failures to comply with the specific legislation, particularly those that may lead to the commission of an offence. &bull; Within the action plan of the fire risk assessment, write a sufficient outline requirement for any measures required to achieve compliance with the relevant legislation and industry guidance. Additional requirements: &bull; Awareness of the relevant enforcing authority; legislation, regulations, HTMs/HBNs, industry guidance, Trust Authority? policy and Fire Strategy. &bull; Be able to understand and interpret actions of enforcing Authorities. &bull; Be able to interpret the requirements of the enforcing Authorities as set out in notices. The Contract for Fire Safety Advisor is scheduled to commence on the 1st of July 2021 to 30th June 2024 (with an option to extend for up to 24 months).</p> Keywords: Fire Risk Assessments , Fire Safety
