Fire Doors and Fire Stopping Dispatch of ITT 7th April 2021 Deadline for ITT clarifications Friday 23rd April 2021 Return of ITT 8am Tuesday 4th May 2021 Evaluation of ITT 4th May - 21st May 2021 Notify Bidders of contract award decision Monday 24th May 2021 Contract award (envisaged) Tuesday 1st June 2021 Contract mobilisation (envisaged) Tuesday 1st June 2021 FX Plus is seeking to appoint suppliers to provide a) Fire Door survey and remediation services (b)Fire Stopping survey and remediation services in various buildings in Falmouth & Exeter Universities in Cornwall. The Contractor is to note that Fire Stopping works to Glasney View must be completed by 12th September 2021. 1. The packages (a) and (b) may be let either separately or as a single contract. 2. In both cases, the initial contract is for 4 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months twice at the agreement of both parties.
