Following on from our Request for Information (RFI), which closed last month, we invite the respondents and our wider community of care providers to join a virtual 'Meet the Buyer' event. Hosted by commissioning colleagues of the newly merged NHS Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group, this will take place on Thursday 22 April 2021 from 2 - 4pm. The newly integrated CCG wishes to engage the market in developing the next contract model for the provision of Children's Complex Domiciliary Care, by setting out proposals for a contract framework planned to be tendered in 2021. We are keen to include small, medium and national enterprises, who can play a part in meeting the highly individualised complex needs of future children in our care. To book your place, please go to the SoEPS eTendering portal to access, complete and submit a registration form via portal message - see below for details. The closing date for registrations is Midday, Wednesday 14 April 2021. Late registrations will be accepted up until Midday Wednesday 21 April 2021, however, documentation (eg indicative specification) and the MS Teams link for the event, will be made available to all registered organisations after Midday, Thursday 15 April 2021. Therefore early registration is advised to allow time to read the documentation in preparation for your contribution on the day.
