Design consultancy services

Tender description

Clare County Council (the ‘Authority’) now wish to establish framework agreements for each of the following design consultancy services: — lot 1: architect including PSDP, conservation and fire safety design, — lot 2: civil/structural engineer, — lot 3: mechanical and electrical engineer, — lot 4: quantity surveyor. The consultants included on the framework agreements, who will be appointed individually, will be required to provide professional design related services on projects for the Housing Directorate general architectural services programme, maintenance programme and social housing investment programme. In addition, projects relating to the planning, design, construction and maintenance of local authority owned buildings and land banks, including libraries, leisure centre maintenance and corporate building design services for which the Authority is responsible may also be included on the framework (‘the Framework Agreement’). Establishment of architect including PSDP, conservation and fire safety design services framework for Clare County Council for projects with an estimated construction value of above EUR 5 000 000. Establishment of civil/ structural engineering services framework for Clare County Council for projects with an estimated construction value above EUR 5 000 000. Establishment of mechanical and electrical engineering services framework for Clare County Council for projects with an estimated construction value above EUR 5 000 000. Establishment of quantity surveyor services framework for Clare County Council for projects with an estimated construction value over EUR 5 000 000.
