The purpose of this procedure is to establish a Panel of Consultants/Mentors for Local Enterprise Office Roscommon to deliver Management Development Consultancy under the Stimulus Fund Programme.The Programme is designed to match the knowledge, skills, insights and entrepreneurial capability of experienced business practitioners with entrepreneurs, small business owner/managers who need practical and strategic advice and guidance. The consultant will contribute independent, informed observation and advice to aid decision making. Management Development Consultancy is specifically required in the areas of Lean for Micros, Green for Micros, Leadership Coaching, Strategic Finance Capability Development and New Market Development.
