Delivery of an Owner-Manager Development Programme for micro enterprises in Co Wicklow

Tender description

Delivery of a 20 week training programme, to cover all aspects of business management and development for owner-managers of micro enterprises (<10 employees) in Co. Wicklow. 20 participants per Programme. 1 Programme per year (max 4 years). Also 4 x one to one mentoring sessions per participant. A follow up session and ongoing, informal ad hoc support to participants into the future. Must be delivered via video conference call during Covid restrictions. Must be delivered in person in Co Wicklow when restrictions lift. Facilitator must organise an accreditation option for the participants with a 3rd level institution at Level & on the NFQ (approx 5 module equivalent). Facilitator must be able to relate to small businesses and sole traders and their specific business and personal concerns.
