Tender description

1. MAIN OBJECTIVES (Strategic) a) The primary over-arching objective is to implement a flexible, integrated and easy-to-use learning management system that can support the needs of the Hartree National Centre for Digital Innovation (HNCDI). The solution adopted will be able to adapt to change in organisational objectives and structure. It will provide improved capability to deliver a variety of training methods, update, track and present relevant information to stakeholders, enabling effective reporting and informed decision making, at all appropriate levels. b) To improve learning engagement and capability across academia and industry. c) To provide HNCDI customers an innovative way of learning across Digital areas. d) To incorporate elements of Event Management to allow multi-channel learning, from Introductory to Practitioner levels e) To provide real-time dashboard reporting encompassing customer feedback across all learning pathways to assist in the support, decision making and planning across the organisation. f) To support proportionate compliance with relevant government standards e.g. GDPR. 2. TIMELINE (Indicative) The current forecast for a full tender is during Quarter-1 of 2021/22 Financial Year, subject to necessary approvals. We would like to invite prospective bidders to attend a pre-market engagement webinar session on Tuesday 20th April 2021 (10am - 4pm), via Zoom meeting. 3.
