Contract for the Provision of the Development of HR and OD service specification

Tender description

This contract is for the Development of a Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) service specification for NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW). This procurement sought to appoint a provider who can support SCW and work with individual customers to undertake a thorough review and introduce new service arrangements. This procurement followed a competitive mini competition using the SCW CSU - DPS: Project Based Consultancy for System Transformation Dynamic Purchasing System which was established by SCW as a route to awarding contracts for Consultancy services. It is compliant with public procurement regulations and the appropriate standing financial instructions. To note, the mini competition is caught in the scope of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - Regulation 34: Dynamic Purchasing Systems. Suppliers on the DPS have successfully passed a selection questionnaire which tested their capability, capacity, financial standing and eligibility to form public contracts. Only approved suppliers were invited to submit competitive tenders via a mini competition, against the requirements set out by SCW.
