Brent Community Health Educator Partner Framework

Brent Council, along with NHS partners, are looking to work with voluntary and community sector partners to recruit and manage 20-40 Health Educators across the borough, to provide training, advice and support to communities across the borough in addressing health inequalities. Extensive support will be provided by the council and NHS partners to train and support the Health Educators, and successful bidders will be expected to work closely with other partners to ensure consistency and high quality and integrity to the support provided. We will be opening up for bids from organisations with a strong connection to the communities that they represent. We are seeking a partner to recruit, performance manage and manage remuneration for up to 20-40 Community Health Educators (equivalent to at least 10 FTE) apportioned across five geographical areas (wards) in the Borough of Brent. This contract is therefore divided into 5 lots: 1. Harlesden and Stonebridge (including Church End) 2. Alperton, Wembley Central and Sudbury 3. Dollis Hill, Willesden and Neasden 4. Kilburn and Kensal Green 5. Kingsbury, Kenton and Preston Providers can bid for one or more of the lots. Value excluding VAT: 250 000.00 GBP. This is a 12 month contract commencing 1st April 2021
