Opportunity Listing for Project SOCIETAS (formerly JEWOSC Operating Model Option Study (OMOS)). The Joint Electronic Warfare Operational Support Centre (JEWOSC) is looking to establish a partnership with industry to secure and enhance long-term defence access to electronic warfare suitably qualified experienced personnel in order to deliver the requirements identified below: Sustain and enhance delivery of electronic warfare mission data and related intelligence outputs to the UK Joint Force on an assured and enduring basis. Support an increased United Kingdom contribution to Five Eyes electronic warfare collaboration, meeting formal United Kingdom obligations and securing reciprocal access to allied electronic warfare data and capabilities. Build and maintain a sovereign United Kingdom mission data capability in order to: a. Ensure United Kingdom operational sovereignty and freedom of action. b. Maximise the return on investment from United Kingdom collection platforms. c. Ensure return on investment in the JEWOSC SHEPHERD database, JANUS and Intelligence Mission Data. d. Support other defence partners including North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and Memorandum of Understanding nations with sovereign mission data products and services. e. Support United Kingdom prosperity through provision of sovereign electronic warfare data and suitably qualified experienced personnel expertise to underpin industry capability and exports.
