21-29 Framework Agreement for Regional Artsmark Associate Services

Tender description

Arts Connect at the University of Wolverhampton wish to engage a maximum of four (4) suppliers who can provide facilitation and support to Artsmark schools from May 2021 to end of March 2023 for a programme of work. Arts Connect want to appoint up to 4 suppliers to enable flexibility of delivery. Before being asked to undertake specific delivery work Arts Connect will speak with the suppliers about availability and the appropriateness of matching them with specific schools. Arts Connect will seek, as far as possible, to distribute specific delivery work fairly and equitably. Please note that being awarded a place on the Framework does not guarantee any work under the Framework provision. The University of Wolverhampton fully supports HMRC compliance in accordance with IR35. The successful applicant(s) will be assessed to ensure that the Contract issued complies with the Regulations and therefore this may have an impact on the way in which payments are made to the appointed suppliers.
