Youth Engagement, Participation & Employment (YEPE) Contractor

Tender description

Ballyhoura Development is seeking to enter into a contract with a competent experienced person that will work collaboratively with young people, the BD programme team, local youth organisations and youth and associated service providers to: (i) identify capacity building, progression needs for young people (ii) to facilitate and link appropriate training or education responses to identified needs, and (iii) to support young people into further education and/or employment. The selected Tenderer will engage closely with BD’s frontline delivery team to foster and support the personal, social and professional development of young people, particularly young people who are not in education, employment or training. The YEPE Contractor will support youth participation across the continuum of engagement and progression, from animation and initial engagement to personal and professional development and capacity building, through to sustainable employment.
