<p>We are seeking a web-based platform to deliver a cycle challenge at key points throughout the year. The platform should be easy to use, fun, engaging and enable individuals to log all their cycling activity, regardless of purpose, including commuting, leisure, shopping and everyday trips. Participation should be encouraged based on time (e.g. minutes cycling) rather than distance.
