Website Redesign and Consolidation

This is an early market engagement to support Stonewater with it's requirements development and business case to redesign and consolidate it's current website. The requirements depicted in the attached document are very high level at this stage, but capture to a reasonable degree of certainty, the core elements required from a supplier of this service. As the document states, Stonewater are not currently wedded to any Content Management System (CMS), so welcome interest from suppliers who operate on all of the major options. We require any interested suppliers to come forwards with an Expression of Interest at this stage and to provide a high level cost proposal for completing the build and implementation of the main requirements, as well as an ongoing support and maintenance provision for 3 years. As this is an early market engagement, we are not looking to discuss finer points of the project at the moment, but are keen for supplier feedback on what we have submitted, where further detail may be needed and the degree of accuracy that your pricing proposal provides.
