Trivallis Property Survey Requirement

This mini competition is being issued under the Tai Calon Professional Services DPS - 2019/TCCH-06 . Trivallis are looking to source intrusive house surveys, and the following: 1 - Surveyor to attend site and carry out a detailed survey and inspection to include taking measurement of items. 2 - Consider the findings of the survey, (with reference to WQHS, HHSRS etc) and produce a report to include the following: 3 - Detailed Scope of Works with all items priced. Our pricing would include for any Building Regs/fees etc plus contingency 4 - Floor plans 5 - Written reasoning and justification to support out recommended work, including where we have priced for structural alterations. 6 - Photograph appendix Bids are strictly reserved to those organisations that currently hold a position on the Tai Calon Professional Services Framework.
