The successful tenderer will source and trial best-fit commercial air-drying solutions and market test products over an eight-month period. It is important that the tenderer identifies current equipment providers and defines the specification of available equipment. The successful tenderer will be required to identify and set up in a processing facility in Killybegs, Co. Donegal with ready access to commercial volumes of blue whiting of different formats. The successful tenderer must provide a technical report that details the equipment specifications and defines the entire process from goods inwards to final air-dried product. Good quality footage, images and data should be included in a final report.
