T20/21-033 Vendors to Trade at Billy Neill and Moat Park

Lisburn Castlereagh City Council wish to appoint suitably qualified and experienced mobile venders to operate in the locations listed below. The council sees the provision of mobile vending in parks not only as a service but also to enhance the visitor experience. Many different people use the parks, from children and parents at the play area, regular dog walkers, soccer clubs, park run enthusiasts, as well as other different user profiles from summer to winter. The site/pitch for the mobile outlet to trade will be: 1. Billy Neill Country Park, Comber road Dundonald – in a car parking bay close to the Comber Greenway or Pavilion - TBC 2. Moat Park, Comber road Dundonald - TBC The successful Tenderer will bring their unit to the plinth on a daily basis. Support vehicles must be parked in the car park unless bringing supplies.
