This framework is for the supply of rock salt and related products and is split into 3 lots as described later in this notice. Please note that the framework value is an estimation of Lot 1 only and does not include a value for Lot 2 and Lot 3 as these are new requirements. Lot 1: Lot 1 Supply of rock salt for spreading on highways (ITT85933) Gwynedd Council are inviting tenders for a framework for the supply of Rock Salt that complies to BS3247:2011 standard or equivalent to be used during the winter maintenance. This lot will be awarded on the basis of 80% price and 20% quality Lot 2: Lot 2 Supply of anti-icing / de-icing liquid (ITT85933) Gwynedd Council are inviting tenders for a framework for the supply of anti-icing / de-icing liquid that complies to SAE International AMS1435D or equivalent for spraying on footways, cycleways and bridges during the winter maintenance.
