Peterborough City Council wishes to gather information to gain a better understanding from the market, to inform consideration for future planning regarding short term and targeted support to former rough sleepers who are being housed in emergency and temporary accommodation settings to support them in the resettlement and transition to settled accommodation. The information gathered will enable informed decision making on how best to design this service in the future, to achieve desired outcomes and to gauge whether there is interest in the market to deliver this service for the council.
