Tender description

This procurement appoints a service provider to provide innovative and creative ways to address offending behaviour comprising both intimate and non-intimate domestic abuse. Individuals meeting the eligibility criteria will be referred by Hampshire Constabulary as a condition attached to a Conditional Caution, which is an option available as part of the Out of Court Disposal (OoCD) framework. The condition will require completion of an intervention designed to address issues that underpin the offending behaviour of domestic abuse perpetrators, while considering the context of the relationship (either current or former intimate partners or family members) between the individual and the victim of their offence. This service specification invites proposals that demonstrate innovative and creative ways to address offending behaviour, while understanding that it is not uncommon for victims to want to end the abuse, but not the relationship.
