Tender description
This RFT is for services comprising two parts. A. an appropriately scaled Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Draft Policy Statement for Mineral Exploration and Mining in Ireland, which complies with the requirements of EU Directive 2001/42/EC and the European Communities (Environmental Assessment of Certain Plans and Programmes) Regulations 2004 to 2011; and B. an Appropriate Assessment (AA) of the Draft Policy Statement for Mineral Exploration and Mining in Ireland, which complies with the Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC) and S.I. No. 477/2011 (European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011).
