Tender description

This would involve developing the detail of the framework / model described in the recommendations in our report summarizing the first part of the work in 2019. It is a framework /model which demonstrates the co-dependency between Children’s Services and its wider partners, and articulates how they may work together to achieve better outcomes for children, young people and families in Wirral, and ensure that Wirral is a “child friendly” borough. The approach to the model will be user centred, with user research being a key component to understand the needs and desired methods of interacting with the model of professionals, partners, children and young people and parents and carers.
