Opening 2 - Framework Agreement for Residential Care Accommodation for people with a Learning Disability and/ or Autism within the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees

Accommodation for persons who are aged 18 years and older who require residential or nursing care. Residential care setting must be located within the Borough of Stockton on Tees. Providers who intend to open a setting in future may apply, if they operate a CQC registered Residential Care setting elsewhere. This is the second opening of this Framework, as described in the original Invitation to Tender instructions, particularly with regard to the following clause: 5.12 Re-opening the Framework to new applicants 5.12.1 The Authority reserves the right to re-open the Framework to new applicants, at it’s sole discretion, at any point during the lifetime of the Framework Agreement, should it feel that doing so will improve the prospects of securing high quality services from a wide choice of Service Providers with settings located within the boundaries of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees. If the Framework is re-opened, it will be advertised via the NEPO portal and an identical Tender process will be followed. 5.12.2 If the Framework is re-opened to applicants, Providers who have already been awarded a place on the Framework Agreement for one or more settings will be allowed to submit a further Tender in respect of any new settings for which they had not previously applied. In these circumstances only Appendix 1Residential Care Setting Nomination Form would be required. Providers with existing settings promoted to the Framework need not re-apply.
