One year fixed term contract for licences for a social media management platform

Tender description

The contract is to allow officers authorised to post to West Suffolk social media accounts access to a cloud based social media management platform. Social media is a channel for residents to reach the council, like telephone and email. They expect a timely response. The platform users need to work together to do this, and the platform provides the security and transparency to share this. Users include Customer Service agents for responding to queries, Communication team members for responding and proactive scheduling, and officers from other services including waste and elections for ad hoc scheduling of campaign material.
